BTRC solicits comments to the following email address on the various issues mentioned in the draft regulatory and licensing guideline for establishing, operating and maintaining additional Interconnection Exchange (ICX) services in Bangladesh, by 6th October 2009. Due to the requests of the industry and stakeholders the comments submission date has been extended upto 12th October 2009.
